Doyle Young

Managing Director

Doyle Young is an executive, author, teacher, consultant and nationally recognized expert

in the areas of organizational and employee development. With over 27 years of management experience, he has served as CEO for two successful start-ups and president of a division of Knight Ridder publishing, a mature $200M publishing and broadcast media company with 1,200 employees. He founded the EverChange Group in 1986.

Mr. Young’s work has been recognized by the Harvard’ Business School, Michigan Business School and numerous executives.  He is a

frequent speaker for such organizations such as The Entrepreneurship Institute, Inc. Magazine, The Human Resource Council, The U.S. Department of Labor and the American Management Association.  In addition to appearing on TV, he is a contributor to such publications as the Covey Executive Excellence and his syndicated column is carried in 25 publications with 2 million subscribers.

 

Mr. Young is the co-author, along with Dr. Gerald R. Pieters of a book titled, "The EverChanging Organization:  Creating the capacity for continuous change, learning and improvement" (St. Lucie Press, Sept. 1999).  Doyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology and an MBA in Management.  Mr. Young taught as Adjunct Professor at the graduate school business at Golden Gate University, specializing in executive management.

Mr. Young sits on various boards including Bethel Seminary and the Southern Sudanese Community Center of San Diego. His hobbies include serving in a chaplain role, volunteering in prisons and jails.

 

 

 

Mary Ann Russo

Vice President - Senior Consultant

 

Mary Ann Russo, Vice President of the EverChange Group, has over 30 years experience running business operations

as a hands-on executive in technology focused companies, fast-paced corporate

environments from start-ups to mature companies. She has worked in diverse industries such as Polaroid, Digital Equipment, Quantum Corporation and several early-stage companies in webservices and software.

Today at the EverChange Group, she works with clients in performance and leadership improvement, helping "C" level clients to cope within a world of hyper-change, building successful new methods and business processes to client companies. Both as a consultant and executive, she developed and executed strategic and operational initiatives, and developed teams that delivered results. As an effective leader who can market her ideas, influence and motivate people, she brings a sense of urgency into focus to achieve company goals. Her pragmatic approach enable people to quickly embrace the issues within a supportive team environment.

Mary Ann has served as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality from 1992-1996. This experience further enhances her ability to bring to companies a strategy-driven performance capability. Her education includes a Masters in Business Administration from Simmons College, Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, cum laude, from Boston College Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
