Leadership

Formal Leadership begins with your CEO and Executive Management. Frontline leadership resides elsewhere in your organization. ECG will help you integrate the two to enable your organization's capacity to leverage change as an asset through your leadership agents, both formal and frontline.

ECG helps facilitate these capabilities through our proprietary methodology. Our ECG framework provides a rational guide for selecting or rejecting new initiatives for change. Our approach is easy for the leader and their staffs to understand. Changes that are consistent with needs identified by using the ECG model fit and make sense.

Leadership Support for Implementation

We provide a leadership team implementation process for introducing and deploying the EverChange process. We include tools (e.g., diagnostic team charter) that develop the need for buy-in up front that lead to actionable results. We also provide or recommend communication tools for the company or division to effectively ‘get the message out’ which clearly defines the what, why, how and when of the change efforts and implementation process.

Your Leadership Plan using the Leadership Systems Model

Without the efforts by leadership to address and align all the leadership elements, the effectiveness of our change initiatives will be impaired and subsequent execution compromised. Our experience with the Systems Model has convinced us that it effectively addresses the primary areas of concern with planning and managing a change.

The EverChange Group offers a leadership plan through our ‘Leadership Systems Model’ to help leaders address issues identified in the survey reports.  The ECG Leadership Systems Model comprised of 8 leadership elements. From the survey results, each leadership element is examined for the actions needed to support successful execution and assure consistency among the various leadership elements. The results of your leadership plan are shared with the people of the organization to show progress against plan.
