Our Methodology

The EverChange Group weaves together all aspects of managing change, continuous improvement and execution management into a methodology that will help companies create the organizational systems and processes required to successfully execute in a rapidly changing world.

Getting your employees behind your strategy and plans is paramount to execution success. Towards that end, understanding what your employees are thinking is crucial. Understanding all pertinent information in the hearts and minds of employees helps to shape the direction and commitment for change and execution. The EverChange Group has carefully incorporated this premise into our work to ensure successful change and execution management.

How do we do accomplish this?

The EverChange Group has a three step process:

  • Organizational Audit: The ECG process incorporates world class e-survey tools which help organizations identify strengths and opportunities through the eyes of employees and other major stakeholders. The audit capability crosses eight ‘performance dimensions’ which ties to a systems-view of the company or division. We can easily collect the perceptions of employees in minutes and provide results immediately that are insightful and actionable for every manager in the organization.  More Details...Download pdf
  • Organizational Design: Based on the organizational audit, the EverChange Group provides tools and steps to identify critical areas impacting strategic and operational results, affecting customers and the bottom line. With a laser focus, we help organizations create priorities around key initiatives and identify where actions can be taken to better align strategic vision and operational goals resulting in improved business performance. • Organizational Execution: The EverChange Group provides tools and executive coaching to support the execution phase. More Powerful than the Results

Key to great leadership is to be able to listen, understand and execute efforts to improve employee commitment and work environment. We engage management and employees in a ‘Corporate Conversation’ through the three step process. One of the outcomes of ECG’s approach is that we provide an enterprise-wide executive communication tool which:

  • allows the communication of corporate messages in a consistent way;
  • allows managers and employees to talk about important relevant issues for the current times;
  • demonstrates commitment, trust and follow through on behalf of management; and
  • becomes a relationship collaboration process developing a transparent conversation at all levels, teams and functions that is more open, candid and responsive.

The Way We Do This is Different

Using our proprietary survey technology platform to gather results, we speed up the ‘Corporate Conversation’, changing the paradigm of information exchange. The time it takes for the organizational audit using e-survey tools, from initial launch to validation to results and reports is 1 - 2 business days. We have broken the barriers that prevent a real-time ‘Corporate Conversation’ between managers and employees. You cannot underestimate the power of this exchange.

"When the rate of change inside an organization is less than the rate of change outside, the end is near."

"We believe that corporations must be redesigned, from top to bottom, on the assumption of discontinuity..management

must stimulate the rate of creative destruction through generation or acquisition of new firms and the elimination of marginal performers -- without losing control of operations."
